Our realtor Dana Bulliner was absolutely awesome. She was always available to talk to us. whenever we called she picked up right away or she would text us immediately and say, call you as soon as possible and then she would. My wife mentioned that Dana was so upbeat and positive she had never met anyone like that before she made us feel that we were the only client that she had although we knew she was very busy with other clients. We also had some glitches that we thought were monumental our finances our credit score getting outbidded or houses that we wanted etc. and the whole time Dina was reassuring us this is just a glitch and she was so positive she would just go find another house for us and finally the house we got was the best one that we had seen the right price we immediately got it and we are so thankful of her upbeat and positive personality that kept us calm and helped us realize that we were going to get a house sooner or later and she made it sooner. Thank you very much! I would recommend her to anyone and if I sell this place or buy a rental property she's the first person I'm going to go see and I won't take no for an answer. Dana was able to let this packrat sell his cluttered home in a very timely manner. She was able to find a buyer that offered more than my original asking price and negotiated the terms of the as-is sale very much to my satisfaction. She was also very hands-on and helpful in safely getting things I wanted to be moved to my new home and clearing out 30+ years of collected junk that was no longer wanted or needed. She kept me up to date every step of the way from initial offers to closing.
